Shakespeare’s Globe is currently seeking a Retail Assistant to work in our busy shop on Sundays, ensuring a consistently high standard of customer service is delivered to our visitors. Working with a team, the post holder will help to achieve sales targets by encouraging purchasing through proactive selling and excellent visual merchandising.

The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be fully literate and numerate with good cash handling skills and have the ability to obtain excellent product knowledge. You will be self-motivated, able to use initiative and make confident decisions, and have good communication skills. Experience of working in a retail or similar environment is highly desirable.
