Responsibilities
Prepare press bulletins for upcoming shows and represented gallery artists’ events
Prepare and create social media posts to promote the gallery and its artists
Update website and databse
Work with Gallery Assistant to accurately present an aligned vision of the gallery’s exhibitions and artists
Locate and reach out to newspapers, magazines, other publications, art organizations, individuals, and other contacts about the gallery’s exhibitions and artists
Respond to questions and queries received from the press and via social media
Assist and promote public programmes
Prepare e-bulletins and newsletters
Interview artists for their upcoming shows and projects
Assist and arrange gallery tours for the press, schools, institutions, and collectors
Requirements
At least two years of experience in the field
Creative Entrepreneurship - CTS 2 option at LCC
